Chocolate
I made chocolate by hand from 2020 to 2022: seasonal boxes, holiday assortments, and batches whose sales went to fundraisers. This page is the record I kept of them.
Come to the dark side. We have chocolate.
2020 to 2022
How this began
Ever since I was a little kid, I have always loved chocolate; that’s me at a chocolate festival when I was about 6 or 7 years old. In my newfound free time during 2020, I began to dabble with my own chocolate truffle creation with different flavors - matcha with white chocolate, pumpkin spice milk, cherry bittersweet, salted caramel, violet orange.
These days, chocolate is a small side business / passion project of mine. I often make my chocolates around the holidays or for fundraising where the sales are donated to non-profits.
